Today purchasing is one of the most important strategic areas of modern companies. From the original task of simple procurement, procurement has now developed into an essential network node between specialist departments and suppliers. Often decried as the incarnation of the spirit of José Ignacio López, purchasing has meanwhile become an important partner for providers of a wide variety of goods and services. Instead of pure price fixing, strategic supplier management is now in the foreground of sustainable, beneficial purchasing in successful companies.

This dilemma becomes visible with many RFPs that can puzzle potential partners or allow so much freedom that an objective comparison of the offers received is not possible.

If the purchasing department fully fulfills its role, this has a significant impact on the positive operating result. When advising on purchasing, we are explicitly not involved in the selection and viewing of offers or contracts from our competitors. We will show you what to look out for, we will help you to formulate your RFP in such a way that you get comparable results - we cannot and do not want to do your bidding and evaluation.
