The new reality in sales - use your advantages!
In March 2020, field service activities across Germany were partially discontinued overnight. Experienced sales representatives were asked to take care of doctors and pharmacists over the phone. Initially, this led to untrained employees encountering overwhelmed doctors whose telephones did not stand still due to the high level of uncertainty among large sections of the population. As part of our Corona Response Concept, Credopard responded immediately with training offers for customer support by telephone for sales representatives. The response was overwhelmingly positive. In our most recent survey of training participants, two thirds of those questioned said that the training helped them to cope better with their everyday work and thus to be able to work more successfully.
The measures taken in German medical practices in the wake of the corona pandemic, especially the significant increase in digital solutions such as video consultation hours, suggest that a trend that has long been established practice outside of Germany will now also prevail here : Remote eDetailing.
The practice of not looking after doctors in direct personal contact was established years ago in large parts of Scandinavia and also in the United Kingdom. The combination of eDetailing and personal support has long been standard here.

In Germany, similar attempts - especially when they required the use of media other than the telephone - were often less successful. Due to inadequate infrastructure and rejection by the target group. However, purely telephone solutions suffer from one major disadvantage: there is no way of explaining information graphically using illustrative materials. Although excellent software has been around for years that works perfectly without installation on the receiving end, these solutions have not yet caught on. The reasons were often the lack of stable internet connections in the consulting room or experienced field staff hesitated to use the unfamiliar technology consistently. The advantages have long been obvious:

Indirect measures concentrate on training your staff in the professional handling of eDetailing software and its successful use. The same applies to the use of the telephone as a sales channel. In addition to webinars and classic face-to-face training, these offers always include a success control through subsequent best practice share appointments and detailed participant surveys.
The Credopard concept is primarily intended for companies that want to realign their field service and support existing employees in successfully coping with unfamiliar tasks. Like to work we also work closely with our customer's training department.

As part of our direct measures, we take responsibility for eDetailing tasks in our SSW center (Speak-Show-Win). The content you have created will be discussed in coordination with your sales organization. We are happy to support you in adapting them for web-based media and make calls to the defined target group on your behalf.
We are also happy to plan hybrid solutions for you. We combine either our SSW center with a field service or our specialists work partly as eDetailer, partly in the classic field service.
