Agencies ignore the fact that companies differ in their needs when it comes to allocating permanent staffing services. They approach their clients with a "one model to serve them all" strategy. Basically, it is always the same: "We get you a person, you pay the price"-policy.
At Credopard, we understand that your needs are different. Therefore we created three basic models for serving your demand:
Classic: This is the usual agency service as you know and love. Our recruitment professionals will get you, what you are looking for and once the mission has been accomplished, the bill is extended.
Pro-Rata: In this model, we charge a monthly fee for the first six months of employment. Given the contract is terminated within this time frame, all further payments are stopped.
PV+: Our permanent staffing solution with additional benefits. In the first six months, we will put the employee on our payroll, while you are integrating him fully into your organisation. This is no temp staffing service but payroll outsourcing which means that you will only be charged a minimal fee for this service. After six months, given you and your employee agree to do so, the new hire will switch completely to your organisation. For the following six months, Credopard is rewarded with a small monthly fee. The best: The costs are lower than for classical service and all payment obligations will come to an immediate end, even if it is you, who terminates the engagement!
PV+ Security for you and your employee
Do not accept that agency allocations reduces your freedom of choice. When paying an agency, the likelihood of you seeing yourself forced to reject a great talent as they might lack some experience or skills, although they would be a perfect personal fit, is far too high. The PV+ model creates security for you and your new hire. It gives you the most precious gift one could get when employing new personnel: Time for getting familiar with each other. Will the person develop as predicted? Will he or she perform well over time? The answers to these essential questions are not given in an interview or any other sophisticated selection process. Only time will tell you. So get yourself the time you need and do so without risking your money! PV+ creates a security time of 12 months in which you and your new hire can decide on the most important questions: Does it work for us?

Our objective is cleary set: ensuring that you get a small but fitting number of pre-selected candidates for final interview, not just a bunch of CVs but motivated individuals ready to get the job done. This way, we ensure that you and your hiring managers will not waste time by reading their way through a pile of resumes or running a lot of interviews.
Our pricing is flexible and adapats to your and your organisational needs. And of course: We only charge you based on our success in finding the right person.
